01 / THE AJAH IDEA
AJAH — an AMNAYA enterprise — brings a focused goat-cheese proposition to AGVC’s dairy work. AMNAYA’s earlier dairy presentations identify AJAH as a brand for domestic sales and selected international territories.
Today’s proposed direction starts small: build reliable producer relationships, develop a concise fresh-cheese range and learn from chefs and customers before expanding. AJAH sits within the wider dairy initiative, with its own identity and a practical, measured path forward.
